The Trade Integrity Project (TIP) is a not-for-profit initiative collecting public and whistleblower data on reported Common High Priority List (CHPL) shipments to Russia. TIP helps companies, financial institutions and governments identify, assess, and mitigate the risk of their products and technologies being diverted to Russian military companies.
